PROT DET 100 is a detergent and degreaser for general cleaning, which can be used in the dishwashing process, with high performance and high degreasing and emulsifying power. This product is authorized by the SIF for general use in food industries under federal inspection. PROT DET 100 is a concentrated product for general use, contains no perfume and has a high foaming power.
